The Fidelity platform allows me to execute everything I need to to manage my SIPP. It’s simple to navigate and come with extensive analysis tools.

Investments have done well through difficult times. On line app, easy to use and current valuations available at your finger tips.

An excellent website with all the resources you might need as a private investor. I have experience of a couple of other investment platforms as Fidelity is far superior

did not invest money sent into account
did not explain that cash sent to pension fund had to then be invested within pension fund by myself
too long to answer phone
cash for pension fund left sitting as cash account not earning a penny

I continue to receive a first class service and support from Fidelity. The communication is excellent from my wealth manager with helpful suggestions.

At all times Fidelity had my interests and of my investments as number one priority. Always being aware of safeguarding my investments in the future

Transfer from one Fund to another is easy and timely.
The process is made easy by providing a comprehensive and easily accessed list of Funds.
Selling is easy to achieve but it takes far too long for the money to reach one's bank account.Allmother bank transfers only take one day

Robert is always very helpful even though I am not happy with the Fidelity policy of not allowing me to access my pension tax free lump sum.Also the process is so slow and tedious, most other providers are much more slick.

Easy dealing with live stock prices.
Deposited cash is available almost instantly and withdrawals are just as quick.
There are some of the lower value stocks from AIM that aren't available on Fidelity but otherwise no issues.
I feel secure my investments are with Fidelity.

Web site is very easy to use. A couple of minor gripes. Searching for types of funds can be challenging due to the numbers to chose from if you find it through the select 50 . Regular savers are not included in draws which seems a little petty.

Fidelity offer great variety of services targeted at the right level for interested amateur investors.
Their fees are VERY LOW, meaning that overall returns
are better than they would be on a more expensive platform.

Good platform, poor product performance.

The platform is good and reasonably priced but it is impossible to divorce the platform from the performance of the underlying funds managed by fidelity. In particular their strategic bond fund was down 15% last year - 7% under their benchmark. That’s astonishingly bad. No one invests in an actively managed bond fund and expects to lose 15%. Yet their KID still says the fund is low risk. They should be ashamed.

Generally quite good but fell down massively after first lockdown, seems interns are running the phone lines and I still haven't got my proposed £50 Amazon voucher for introducing a new client.Fidelity used to have such experienced calm staff who knew a lot, now it's young kids who don't know much and never ring you back, as they say they are going to...

I have used this platform for several years and have always found it simple and easy to do everything I need plus the staff are so helpful should you require any additional help. Nothing is too much trouble.
